Against a velvet backdrop, mysterious
The distant silence wept with howls, so serious
Yet the snow fell so gentle and curious

A rider lone and lantern led became delirious
Disturbed was his mental state, Dis piteous
Wide eyes he clutched his reins, hope and safety desirous
Distracted by memories of folklore, so hideous

From perch of stone in secrecy I spied, curious
Provocation, subliminal manipulation made him delirious
Dangling relic of a bastard son, Dis piteous
Blood and rapture craven hunger desirous

As the wolf prowls i lick my lips, so serious
Mind games played brought him my way mysterious
See my eyes cold and severe and furious
The last sight you see is my face, so hideous

The trees stand in worship of my diabolical rite
Congregation gathered primal desire delight
Beware the death sentence traveling alone at night
The devil preys in sanguine ways, stealing lives from christ
